Orders are typically shipped within one to two business days to the address provided. During times of high volume, such as after large releases or sales such as Holiday or Black Friday, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

Packages shipped via standard shipping may ship USPS First Class or FedEx from our warehouse in New Jersey. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system or FedEx, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. While most packages will arrive on schedule, please keep in mind both weather and pandemic related delays are always a possibility.

Please note, packages shipped via upgraded shipping are still subject to our normal processing times. For more information on individual service levels and their time in transit, please see below.

 If an item is a pre-order item (see next FAQ) it will be clearly noted on the product page. 

We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Absolutely! Before checking out, choose "Store Pickup" on the step immediately after your cart is complete.

Orange Poppy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any delays with USPS shipping or products that are lost or damaged in the mail are the responsibility of USPS. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages. If your order shows delivered by USPS but you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package or file a claim.

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from your refund.

Delays with USPS shippingProducts that are lost or damaged in the mail.The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.Shipments marked as delivered by the Post Office but you have not received it.

If you have an issue regarding the shipment of your order once it has left our facility, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

Exact shipping carrier rates are charged. We only charge you the exact amount to ship your order based on your selected carrier.


Occasionally, we will offer special items as a pre-order.

While the vast majority of our items are available immediately, there are sometimes items we offer that are preorders and made just for you with an extended shipping time. While we typically estimate 4-7 weeks for delivery, it varies by item. The estimated shipping time will always be noted for each product. Should we ever encounter any significant delays, we will always notify affected customers as soon as possible.  By placing an order for a pre-order item, you are acknowledging that you understand that the item is not in-stock and will ship within 4-6 weeks once the order has been produced and delivered to Orange Poppy.  

Once a pre-order is posted on the site, it will run for a pre-determined number of days and then the pre-order will close. Production begins at the factory once an pre-order is closed. The closing date for a pre-order will be listed on the product detail page for each item. All pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Preorder items are made to order, exclusively for you. Therefore, preorders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


14 days of receipt of delivery or in-store receipt

If within 14 days of receipt of delivery, in original condition, unwashed and unworn most items are eligible for return. Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing. If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customer’s expense, or Orange Poppy, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

Damaged items MUSTbe reported within 5 days of receiving the goods. Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days. 

Free gifts or promotional items including clearance/discounted items, mystery bundles, holiday items, hair accessories or swimsuits (for hygienic reasons). Pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

There are no charges for returns as long as RMA# is obtained correctly and items are shipped back in original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Items that are returned not following the instructions listed above will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges for online orders. Online orders returned merchandise will be processed for refund or store credit only.

We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.

Exchanges in-store are totally fine! We can exchange your item within 14 days of purchase.

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Lookup" . Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment or store credit issued, within 10 business days from the date we receive the return 

All sale items purchased are final sale and are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Orange Poppy will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges.

We all want our orders to arrive as quickly as possible, for this reason, we are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted. Oftentimes, our orders ship within 24 hours. For this reason, if you need to cancel an order, please email us at within 2 hours after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel you order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Requests MUST be submitted via email to support@shoporangepoppy. We are unable to cancel orders via Facebook, Messenger, or Instagram.

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you placed an order but have not received the order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If still unable to locate your order confirmation email, please login to your account.
