How long does it take for  inventory to ship? 

All in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed, unless otherwise noted.  If an item is a pre-order item (see next FAQ) it will be clearly noted on the product page. 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we sure do! Simply select “Warehouse Pickup” at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days before picking up your order if possible. Our warehouse address for pickup is 7613 Maynardville Pike. Knoxville TN 37938. 

USPS tracking shows that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Orange Poppy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any delays with USPS shipping or products that are lost or damaged in the mail are the responsibility of USPS. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages. If your order shows delivered by USPS but you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package or file a claim.

How much is shipping? 

Our desire is to keep shipping as affordable as possible for you! Shipping is a simple flat rate of $4.99 no matter how many items you order! Plus, orders over $100 ship FREE!

How long do pre-orders take?  

While the vast majority of our items are available immediately, there are sometimes items we offer that are preorders and made just for you with an extended shipping time. While we typically estimate 4-7 weeks for delivery, it varies by item. The estimated shipping time will always be noted for each product. Should we ever encounter any significant delays, we will always notify affected customers as soon as possible.  By placing an order for a pre-order item, you are acknowledging that you understand that the item is not in-stock and will ship within 4-6 weeks once the order has been produced and delivered to Orange Poppy. 

How do pre-orders work?

Once a pre-order is posted on the site, it will run for a pre-determined number of days and then the pre-order will close. Production begins at the factory once an pre-order is closed. The closing date for a pre-order will be listed on the product detail page for each item. All pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I order a pre-order item and an in-stock item in the same order?

Absolutely! If you have a pre-order item and also and in-stock item in the same order, please purchase the option for split shipping also. This will allow us to go ahead and ship your in-stock items at the time your order is placed and the pre-ordered items when they arrive. If the split shipping option is not added to your order, all items will ship together when all pre-order items have arrived.
